​A few weeks ago, The Michelin Guide announced its 2019 star rating for New York, at the famous Rainbow Room on the 65th floor of Rockfeller Center.
Here are all the restaurants on the list. You’ll notice a few drops as well as some newcomers to the list as Le Coucou, Atomix, Bouley at Home, or Le Grill de Joël Robuchon. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon made it directly to the list of Michelin-2-stars restaurants in NYC, and Gabriel Kreuter gained one more star joining the list of Michelin-2-stars restaurants in NYC as well.
