Ingredients 4 lbs butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed 1 tbsp. olive oil 2 garlic cloves, peeled 1 tbsp. white sesame seeds 1 tbsp. black sesame seeds Salt Ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Finely chop the garlic cloves. In a large bowl, mix the butternut squash, garlic and olive oil together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and into the oven for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
